Mr Richard Viney was appointed to conduct an independent review of the activities of the CCMC in accordance with the requirements of Clause 34(g) of the Code of Banking Practice (“the Code”).

Stakeholders were invited to participate in the review. Click here for the terms of reference for the review. The reviewer was particularly interested in views regarding how the CCMC has performed its role of monitoring compliance with the Code in the last three years.
